BEST YOGA CLASS EVER. Ally takes the time to make you feel comfortable trying poses that you never would have thought possible!!! This is an experience you must sign up for - you will be so happy you did.

Aerial Fitness is an AMAZING workout which supports balance and flexibility goals while developing strength, all supported but the fabrics! And the Aerial Yoga is crazy in that the degree of stretching made possible by leaning into the fabrics as directed gently by Ally is so unexpected when first encountered! And there is no better savasana than chilling in the fabric cocoon often accompanied by essential oils, if you like. SO restorative ☺️

Love doing her aerial yoga classes! She’s able to adjust her classes to who is there that day. So much fun to try something new and different! Try it with a friend!

Such a great first time experience! My friends and I WILL BE BACK =)

A group of friends and I (ranging in age from late 20s to late 40s) did a private sling class with Ally as a fun somewhat random outing. It was really fun! Ally was relatable and met us where we were at with our skills and abilities. She was able to teach all of us some really cool things. I was very impressed with what we were all able to do by the end of the hour. Note to newbies: I was very sore the next day, so be warned! Its fun though!

This was an amazing class!! Ally is so knowledgeable and so kind!! She creates a really wonderful experience. The spaces are clean and calm and the pacing is perfect. Love how she offers alternatives to match your skill level with no shame. You can tell she’s really passionate about this and it makes the classes really rewarding!

My daughter loves Ally’s classes and had an amazing time at camp! Ally is so encouraging and clearly loves aerial and teaching it to her students!

My daughter did the 3 day Ariel silk camp and had so much fun! It was incredible to see how much she learned in such a short time! Ally is a great teacher and the kids all had a blast!
